Overview

The property is located just outside of La Ceiba, Honduras, the closest mainland departure point to the famous Bay Islands. The land has river frontage, lots of rare hardwoods and numerous varieties of fruit trees and ornamentals,water system utilizing pristine spring water, power, road access, a small caretakers house in addition to main house, and great potential for further development.

The house is three stories with covered patios on the ground floor, covered balconies on the second floor, and a large (mostly) covered terrace on the third floor which take full advantage of the wonderful 360 degree views.
