Overview

Phases I and II of the 62 Bougainvillea condominiums have set the standard for condos in Costa Rica. They and their neighboring private homes were designed in contemporary-colonial style, with clay tile roofing and natural stone, wood and wrought iron finishes, to provide a cool, fresh frame for their ocean views.

Phase III, with a Spanish Colonial architecture, includes seven condominium residences in Building A, ranging from one to four bedrooms, and two penthouse properties.

Building B is a seven-story condominium building with eighteen residences including six studios and two penthouse properties. Residences range from studios to four bedrooms. All homeowners and their guests will have access to an infinity pool and sun deck with ample shade. Also planned for this phase are elevators, a parking lot with some covered spaces and outside storage facilities for each residence.
