Punta Perla is a luxury Caribbean resort to be set in 2700 acres of prime beachfront real estate in the Punta Cana region of the Dominican Republic. It is to consist of 8,000 properties in a low-density build project that will see an average of less than 4 properties per acre (11 occupants per acre). The resort is to feature three signature golf courses, a golf academy, a marina with 400 moorings, equestrian centre and polo field, sports club and tennis academy, beach club and international spa, commercial centre, restaurants, bars, aqua park, casino, business centre and medical centre.

Punta Perla Tropical Village Properties

Located close to the heart of Punta Perla, the Punta Perla Tropical Village offers owners a range of villas, townhouses and apartments in their own self contained community. The properties, which are designed into six distinct village styles (Modern, Spanish, Colonial, Mexican, Caribbean and Modern II) are set around a number of communal swimming pools, close to all amenities with the added benefit of lush gardens, health spa and sports centre, large central pool complex, retail areas, restaurants and bars. This self-contained community comprises of 538 properties in all.

All properties are built to the highest standards, with solid wood flooring, coral cladding and top quality fittings throughout. All of the properties have access to the golf course and are in close proximity to many of Punta Perlaís first class facilities.
