This large 1 Ω floor through duplex of 1700 sqft in and outdoor Caribbean living brand new simply has been designed by myself to please the most discriminating taste. The large living room with its al fresco dining room and gazebo terrace has direct access to the pool and beach, with an outdoor shower.

TV can be watched from the comfortable living room and terrace. The master bedroom suite is situated on the first floor, beachfront just above the living room permitting you to sleep with open doors catching an everlasting trade wind.

The large roofed in terrace features comfortable settings, great for siestas. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and equally as comfortable. You will enjoy the peace and tranquility and within a 7 minute radius you find great shopping international dining, entertainment, casino, water sport and golf.
