Overview

This beautiful second floor unit takes advantage of the breath-taking views of the Caribbean on one side of the peninsula and the lagoon and Mayan Mountains on the other side. The high vaulted ceilings in all rooms give a spacious feel. One of the larger condos in the development, it has a generous amount of decking and deck furniture to take advantage of abundant outdoor living space.

The great room/dining room/kitchen area is appointed with the finest upgrades including Belizean mahogany cabinets, marble tile, granite countertops, all kitchen appliances that youíd ever need, as well as pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking/baking equipment. Although the kitchen is a cookís dream, Chabil Mar also has a wonderful food service for ordering three meals a day plus snacks. The comfortable living area includes a sofa and recliner for lounging and a wonderful dining room set.

The gorgeous master bedroom suite is extremely spacious. The king-sized bed and beautiful furniture provide a welcoming retreat. There is an outside door to the terrace from the master bedroom for enjoying that evening nightcap or morning cup of coffee while looking out at the Caribbean. The roomy master bath has two hand-painted Mexican ceramic sinks, large vanity with Belizean mahogany cabinets, and a spacious tiled separate shower area.

The guestroom is beautifully appointed as well. It not only has a comfortable queen-sized bed, it also has a wonderful loft area for either storage or for older children to have their own private sleeping area. Guests can enjoy the hall bath for their own private use. The bathroom also boasts a hand-painted Mexican ceramic sink and another tiled shower area.
