Also included in the audience are buyers who have been provided by ResortandResidence Affiliate Brokers, site partners, broker partners and a database built on ten years of luxury publishing, resort real estate and private aviation sales and marketing. 

The communities and properties involved in this campaign are chosen by a partnered group of brokers, developers, editors, buyers and industry experts and the criteria for participation includes location, quality of services, available properties, financial stability and investment feasibility. The first edition of the ResortandResidence Lifestyle Driven Properties Program will highlight the Top Golf Communities in the Americas with a series of reports and e-newsletters.
